 n\n \n\nLearning Objectives:\n\n \n\n 	Differentiate mentorship\, supervis
 ion\, and consultation by identifying the unique roles each plays in profe
 ssional development throughout a psychologist's career.\n \n 	Evaluate the
  characteristics of effective mentors and apply practical strategies for i
 dentifying mentorship relationships that align with personal values\, care
 er goals\, and areas of professional growth.\n \n 	Develop skills for cult
 ivating and maintaining mentoring relationships through effective communic
 ation\, goal setting\, feedback utilization\, and professional reciprocity
 .\n\n \n\nAbout the Presenter:\n\n \n\nDr. Zoe Ross-Nash (she/her) earned 
 her PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University and comple
 ted an APA accredited internship at the University of California\, Davis i
 n the Eating Disorder Emphasis. Dr. Ross-Nash owns a private practice call
 ed\, Equilibrium Health Advantage and was previously an assistant professo
 r at Ponce Health Sciences University. She wrote the book\, "The Eating Di
 sorder Workbook for Pilates and Yoga Instructors" and hosts corresponding 
 psychoeducational trainings on eating disorder education for movement prof
 essionals.\n\n \n\nRoss-Nash won the Division 29 Student Excellence in Cli
 nical Practice Award in 2022 and is the Editor for Electronic Communicatio
 ns for the division\, after serving three years as the associate editor. R
 oss-Nash is also the Division 12 Section 10 Professional Development Chair
  from 2025-2027.\n\n \n\nZoe's clinical interests include trauma\, eating 
 disorders\, wellness\, mentorship\, and advocacy. She is originally from A
 llendale\, New Jersey and earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with 
 a minor in Human Service Studies and Dance from Elon University. In her sp
 are time\, Zoe likes to practice yoga and ballet\, read and write poetry\,
  and try new restaurants with her loved ones.\n\n
