Application Requirements

Submit all materials as a single document with the following:

  1. Proposal (up to 5 pages, 1-inch margins, 11-point Times New Roman or Garamond, single-spaced) including:
    1. Goals and relevant background/literature review
    2. Methods (detailed enough for design, assessments, and procedures to be evaluated)
    3. Anticipated outcomes, significance, and impact
    4. References (not included in 5-page limit)
    5. Project timeline (1 page)
    6. Detailed budget and justification (1 page)
    7. Abbreviated CV (maximum 5 pages)
Selection Process

A review panel appointed by APA Division 12 will select the recipient, subject to approval by the APF Trustees.
